DODMERB
Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board
DODMERB is a separate medical screening process from MEPS, used for service academy applicants (West Point, Annapolis, Air Force Academy, etc.) and ROTC scholarship candidates. Standards are similar to MEPS but the administrative process differs. Most enlisted recruits will never interact with DODMERB.
