How The Warrior Collective LLC collects, uses, and protects your information. We keep it simple and honest: we collect very little, and we don't sell your data.

The Warrior Collective is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, any recruiter, or any official enlistment service. Nothing on this site or in our apps is official guidance, and it is not legal, financial, medical, or career advice.

This Privacy Policy explains how The Warrior Collective LLC ("The Warrior Collective," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and the Mission: Enlist mobile app (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Email address. When you subscribe to our newsletter or join a waitlist for one of our apps, we collect the email address you provide (and, if you choose to share it, your name).
Mobile app data. The Mission: Enlist app stores your progress, preferences, and checklist data on your device. If you enable push notifications, your device generates a notification token so we can send you reminders. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Information we do not collect. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party tracking cookies on our website. We do not collect your physical location, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Send you newsletters, updates, and content you've signed up for;
Notify you when an app you've joined a waitlist for becomes available;
Operate, maintain, and improve our Services;
Protect our Services from spam and abuse.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, including:

Beehiiv, our email/newsletter platform, which stores and delivers email to subscribers;
Cloudflare (Turnstile), used to protect our signup forms from spam and bots.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

4. Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, or contact us at privacy@thewarriorcollective.us to be removed.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@thewarriorcollective.us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required by law.

6. Children and minors

Our Services are intended for individuals considering military enlistment, which can include applicants who are 17 years old. Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 18, please review this policy and our Terms of Use with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
