Leave and Earnings Statement
The LES is your official pay record, accessible monthly via the MyPay portal (DFAS). It shows: entitlements (base pay, BAH, BAS, special pays), deductions (taxes, SGLI life insurance, TSP contributions, debts), leave balance (accrued, used, lost), and net pay deposited. Understanding your LES is essential. Discrepancies should be reported immediately through your finance office.
